Monday through Friday


Program Requirements

All programs require a standard intake interview, which are by appointment only. At the time of interview, customers must provide 30 days proof of income for all household income, social security numbers and birth dates for all household members and documentation pertaining to the appointment.


Referrals

Lifeline is a participating agency of the United Way of Lake County LINK Referral Program and 2-1-1 resource. We also make referrals to churches and other social service providers in Lake County.
